EVS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
One of the many elements in my 2015 Marketing plan for EVS was the Ambassador Program. This is the recruitment poster I directed to launch the program. We modeled it after the old Uncle Sam war recruitment posters.
The Ambassador Program was a multifaceted initiative in which we recruited foot soldiers to help represent the EVS brand. Being a smaller company, we didn't have the resources to be at every event across the United States. This was our way of getting that much needed exposure.
We blasted this program poster out across all platforms and started the interview process. Within a week we had hundreds of applicants. We were looking for amateur riders that were passionate about the EVS brand and would represent it with pride. We required them to attend at least two races / events per month. We armed them with an EZ Up, catalogs, stickers, shirts, hats, product and an iPad. They posted to our social media pages, demoed products, passed out promo code cards for our website, collected emails for daily helmet giveaways and recruited new riders and ambassadors. This program increased brand and product awareness, increased web sales, and increased our email database all at the same time.
